On-site Sales: You can purchase tickets at the on-site box office, but it is highly recommended to book in advance to guarantee your spot, as tickets may be sold out upon arrival.
Digital Tickets: You do not need to print your ticket, as your contactless e-ticket will be validated at the entrance through your mobile phone.
Dopamine Land – What to Expect
Duration: The experience lasts approximately 50 minutes.
Dress Code: There is no defined dress code, so a casual look is fine.
Food & Drink: Food and beverages are not available for purchase at the event. Uptown has many food retailers on site.
Dopamine Land – Address & Timings
Dopamine Land is located in the heart of Brisbane’s central business district at the top of the Queen Street Mall.
Address: Level Q, Uptown, 91 Queen St, Brisbane City QLD 4000.
Timings for Dopamine Land are generally 9AM to 9PM, but may vary slightly from day to day.
Adult-only sessions are on Fridays and Saturdays, 6 PM onwards.
Dopamine Land – Accessibility Facilities
Wheelchair Access: The exhibit is wheelchair accessible. However, some parts of the experience, such as the “Sunset Beach” room which contains a ball pit, and the “Pillow Fight” room, may be less suitable for customers with physical access requirements.
Service Animals: Service animals are welcome at the venue, but no other pets are allowed.
Hearing Impairment: Deaf people will be able to enjoy the experience, as it is mostly visual.
Visual Impairment: The event is not recommended for visually impaired people.
Carer Tickets: Guests who require assistance are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant or support worker. Simply show proof of needing a carer ticket at the entrance.
Seating: You will be on your feet throughout the experience. If you require a chair, please ask a staff member on site and they can arrange one for you.
